8% BARREL AGED RASPBERRY AND BLACK CURRANT IMPERIAL - As 2025 winds down, we’re revisiting our barrel-aged double-berry tradition with an all-new twist—raspberries and black currants take center stage this time around. A base of barrel fermented apple juice is met with the deep aromatics of black currant on the nose. Those deep notes give way to the sweet pop and bright acidity of raspberry at the first sip. Subtle barrel aged character and oaky tannins hold it all together as the cider opens up. The end result is a little sweet, a little tart, quite complex, and overwhelmingly drinkable.
