Afton Field has a very robust farmhouse flavor.  It’s high acid content along with wild yeast character really rounds this cider out.  Humboldt Fog is a specific type of aged goat cheese with a layer of vegetable ash down the center, creating all sorts of wonderful herbaceous and floral flavors.  In terms of cheese, this one isn’t for the faint of heart and is most definitely bold.

The acid content in Afton Field cuts through the creaminess of the Humboldt Fog perfectly, creating a medley of outstanding flavors that aren’t too overwhelming.
